Becoming an Antiracist Parish: Catholic Theologians Addressing Racism

April 18, 4pm

Addressing racism in a sustained way requires work, humility, patience, and persistence. These three events with Catholic theologians about race and theology are intended to help us as a parish continue to learn about how we might become a more actively anti-racist community. These will not be lectures, but a series of conversations to help enrich our own continuing dialogue and actions as a parish.

In the third session parishioner, Dr. Annie Selak, who is Associate Director of the Georgetown University Women’s Center, will engage in conversation with Dr. Nichole Flores of the University of Virginia.
