This year’s theme, “Living Water,” explores Ezekiel 47:9 and 12 as a powerful biblical vision of hope and ecological healing. Set amid exile and loss, the image of living water flowing from God’s sanctuary reveals divine healing that renews land, water, biodiversity, and human responsibility towards the whole creation. The HT Green Team will host a full calendar of events in collaboration with other ministries on campus. Visit the website to see the full list of offerings.
Coming up:
September 1: Self-Guided Pilgrimage (begins at the corner of O & 36th Streets)
Each station pairs Scripture, art and quiet reflection with this year’s theme of Living Water, inviting you to pause, pray and consider our shared responsibility for creation.
September 6: Mass for Creation
We open the Season of Creation in worship, gathering as a parish community to give thanks for the gift of creation and to pray for its healing. Through Scripture, prayer and the Eucharist, we reflect on our shared responsibility to care for our common home and all who depend on it.
