As we remember with gratitude the ministry of Pope Francis, we will hold a facilitated conversation with a panel of theologians and experts to discuss the legacy of Pope Francis’s ministry, teaching, and priorities for the future of the Catholic Church. Panelists will include Fr. Kevin Gillespie, SJ, our pastor; Fr. David Hollenbach, SJ, Pedro Arrupe Distinguished Research Professor at Georgetown University; Ms. Kimberly Mayzyck, Associate Director, Initiative on Catholic Social Thought and Public Life at Georgetown University; and Dr. Annie Selak, theologian and Director of the Women’s Center at Georgetown University. The program will be on Sunday, April 27, at 10:15 am in Trinity Hall, and on Monday, April 28, at 8:00 pm on Zoom. The originally scheduled session on baptism and synodality will be rescheduled at a later date.
