Trinity Faith Sharing Groups
Registration has closed for Fall 2021, and the groups are full. Please see the sidebar for other scripture-based faith sharing opportunities at Holy Trinity.
During this Ignatian Year, we are invited to grow closer to God, allowing God to deepen our faith and conversion, and asking God to open our hearts, minds, and eyes "to see all things new in Christ." The Ignatian Spirituality & Prayer Ministry invites parishioners to participate in a small faith sharing group this fall. Trinity faith sharing groups offer parishioners a chance to meet in a small group to discuss the Sunday scriptures and the ways they intersect with our lives.
What is Faith Sharing?
Faith sharing is an invitation to deepen faith and deepen community. It focuses more on the heart of things, and God's interaction there, than on study. Although it won't be the focus, information on the context and meaning of the scriptures will be provided to the groups to support their core emphasis on finding God in all things.
When and Where?
This fall, groups will meet for eight weeks on Zoom. In the spring, we hope to add more groups depending on the availability of additional facilitators.
Trinity Faith Sharing Groups will begin meeting the week of September 20th. We ask that you commit to the eight weeks of gatherings, with no more than two anticipated absences.
Registration has closed for Fall 2021, and the groups are full. We will be seeking facilitators for the Winter/Spring groups in November. Please email Catherine Heinhold at email@example.com if you are interested. Please see the sidebar for other scripture-based faith sharing opportunities at Holy Trinity.
If we get a strong response and aren't able to accommodate everyone, priority will be given to Holy Trinity parishioners.
