Volunteers

Are you interested in accompanying the youth of our parish and sharing your faith with them? Youth Ministry could always use a reliable group of adults for extra support, whether that means being present for an event, bouncing off ideas, or assisting in coordinating and communicating.

All adults who volunteer with youth are required to complete a background check and attend a VIRTUS Safe Environment session in compliance with policies set forth by the Archdiocese of Washington Office of Child Protection and Safety.

Possible Roles:

• Driver (21+)
• Discussion leader
• Mentor in liturgical ministry (lector, EM, usher, acolyte, sacristan, etc.)
• Leading large group activities
• Record-keeping
• Providing hospitality for meetings (food, welcome, etc.)
• Service and justice
• Communications
• Venturing Crew advisor or committee member
