An Ignatian retreat in daily life
Spend a week praying with Scripture passages that reassure us of God’s presence in this time of uncertainty and division, deepen our solidarity with all those who are suffering, and to show us how to live with hope in the present moment, and listen for how Christ invites us to be his disciple.
This one-week-long individually directed retreat is for individuals who wish to be introduced to praying in the tradition of St. Ignatius Loyola, that is, engaging the intellect, feelings, and imagination.
Dates: September 21 - 27, 2025
Registration Deadline: Sunday, September 7, 2025
To enter fully into the grace of this Ignatian retreat, we encourage you to prayerfully consider whether you are able to make space for the following commitments:

- Set aside 30 minutes each weekday (Monday through Friday) for personal, uninterrupted prayer.
- Meet daily with a spiritual director (Monday through Friday) for approximately 30 minutes. Spiritual direction is offered in person on the Holy Trinity campus or virtually. If meeting virtually, please ensure you are in a private, quiet, prayerful environment.
